Maria do Mar Rêgo grew up in Montemor-o-Novo. In 2001 she initiates her studies at the Facultv of Fine Arts
at the University of Barcelona, the city she lett, alter obtaining her degree, 1n 2UU/, tor Arles where She studies
at the École Nationale Supérieur de Photographie. She currentlv lives and works in Portugal.
